Asked if I had shellac on before coming and I didn’t. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t remove my nail polish because what I had was basically the same thing. No apologies. Wasted my time. Only my second time in and was trying to use a gift card. Probably won’t be back and the card will go wasted. Very disappointed!!!

As soon as I entered the building, I was transformed. Staff was calm, pleasant, and efficient. From the robes and slippers to the cucumber water and sweet snacks. My visit was perfect. My masseuse was amazing, experienced and professional. I'll be a return customer.

My experience was top notch from beginning to end. The ladies working the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Lori did an incredible job. I received the Hot Sticks and Stones massage. It was out of this world! I will be back!
